So excited for the Grand Opening of our new store in Rigby called Mutt n Jeff's Chotchkies!!! There are so many talented vendors there, and you will be able to see my jewelry as well. We have watchbands, earrings, our exclusive interchangeable charm necklaces...and housewares from Roberts Craft closing, baby everything!! Tutus, cowgirl bling...really it is a one stop shop!! Especially for mothers day right now, the perfect gift and you will only find it at Mutt n Jeff's!
We are located at 113 W Main in Rigby, right across the street from Me n Stans. Open Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10-6. Stop in and see Rigby's new premiere specialty shop!!

Rexburg Farmers Market

I am so excited! Our first market of the season is Friday! And the weather is supposed to be rainy and only in the 40's, so I can't wait to snuggle in my little booth and make people beautiful!! Our customers know what the weather is like around here, so they come out and support us anyway..happy about that!! We will have watch bands, necklaces, earrings, bookmarks, binky clips, scissor fobs, bracelets...all beaded of course!! And for those of you who like to make your own jewlery but don't like to pay craft store prices for your beads...we have a surprise for you!!! We will have beads available too! I love to help fellow crafters any way that I can, and beading can get expensive...we can help with that!!

So I hope to see you all out there this Friday, April 30! We are going to have a great season!! Fridays from 4pm to 8pm behind Taco Bell in Rexburg!

Binky Clips

So for all the moms out there that have binkys, pacifiers...whatever name you have attached to them...LOL they seem to always walk away, or get eaten...these new clips I am working on will be a godsend! Pics up after the weekend! Durable, plastic clips that attach to your munchkins clothes, that will not tarnish or tear like a metal clip would. Sturdy wire and some bling..what more could we ask for?? So stay tuned for pics and pricing...these are going to be so fun! Hope everyone has a great Thursday!

Spring Weather

So I am trying to figure out just what the weather is doing lately...I am a self titled weather geek, and I have a bunch of new friends all over the country. So, here in Idaho, where we had a blizzard just a week ago with 8 inches of snow, and now today it is 76 degrees. I am wondering what everyone out there is thinking about global warming and if it is affecting you and if not, what is your weather like today and normally for this time of year? I cannot wait to put in my seeds for gardening.
And just one more question...what do think of sqare foot gardens? I am new to them this year, but plan on charting my progress start to finish...so excited!

Gorgeous, new listings on etsy. Fun spring colors and cures for the winter blues!!

We made 1 month!!

I can't believe that it has already been one month!! But I have met some amazing
people, spent some good, quality time with friends and family..and have created some stunning pieces of jewelry!!
So thank you to all who made our first month a success! Right now we are working on beefing up our inventory for the Rexburg Farmer's Market that begins on April 30. We are sooo excited to be out with the community and fellow crafters. And we had our first watchband making class this past Saturday and had a blast.
I will try and keep updating as we go, but you can expect a Sunday update every week and photos..(working on those now...) until next week...Have a great one and come on down and see us in Sassy Floral in St. Anthony.

Monday

Well, we are now open and ready to go! I had some great helpers on Saturday bagging and setting up everything..thanks girls!! So, everyone go in and grab
some beads!! I will be there on Saturday holding our first class...we will be
making a simple bracelet. Class starts at 12:30pm 1/23/10 and remember..
we are just inside Sassy Floral in St. Anthony! Hope to see you there.

Hello!!

So, this is my new blog! I am so excited to be starting this, it feels like I have been waiting forever! LOL My name is Rena and I have just started my own business. I sell handmade,
beaded jewelery: necklaces, earrings, bracelets AND watchbands. I also wholesale beads.
In starting this business, I have found that living in a rural area and wanting to bead is actually
difficult, so I now sell beads at Sassy Floral in St. Anthony. I will be @ the flower shop every Saturday between 10am and 2pm to host watch demos, to help anyone who wants to bead, or just if you want to come and hang out! This is such fun, and you can be so creative with what you
come up with!! I can't wait to get this thing really going!! I am just glad I don't have to go all the way to Idaho Falls to get beads and pay the prices that the craft store in Rexburg has. I believe that beading should be fun!!! (and not cost an arm and a leg) Happy Beading! Can't wait to see you!!!
